ok so..... heres the deal for anyone curious.
maybe its a bug maybe not.
but when the usb cable is plugged in im getting noise from my computer in my mpc. dont know why. but it just started when i updated the free os. seems that noise is **** with the clock as well. when i un plug the usb. the timing issue goes away.

odd
anyone else notice this? is this a prob in the full version too?

anyone even give a shit? haha

I haven't used the free version since it first came out in 2006. But it's possible that it's a bug.
Let's see if anyone else using the free os has the same problem. Then you can confirm this bug and report it.

Better yet, instead of waiting, install JJ OS1 4.99 and see if the same problem occurs. If it does, then it may just be the USB cable.
The process of elimination is definitely the way to go. So if it's not a problem with the cable, just report it as a bug after trying what I suggested.

well its still doing it with or without the cable plugged in . it seems to only happen when the track thats running on note repeat is solo after a couple bars it goes out of wack a touch randomly. strangely if the other tracks are running at the same time it stays in time. odd indeed.

ill try installing the non save version of 4.99 later tonight i have to split for a bit.

seriously weird shtuff.

yeah that's odd. let me know what happens when you're able to test everything.
also try reinstalling the free os and doing a factory reset afterwards. i don't know if it'll help. but it can't hurt.

weird... using the scientific method.. i came home planning to sort it out
boot it up... try it out... wtf?! nothing its back to being fine. odd odd shizz. i re booted obviously, when it started acting up initially and it didnt do anything to remedy it. now after sitting for a few hours its fine. really effin strange but oh well it works again. i installed the 4.99 os to check it out. pretty neat but im still not sure id even use half of the features on it. so i slammed the free os back in.
ill probably re visit the 4.99 os in the future , i do like that the q links can send CC messages in it. hell it may be worth the cash just for that!

thanks for the help . lets hope it doesnt return.
