how can i convert reason refills patches into mpc programs akp. files???

Reason refill unpacker
a program called rex2mpc will create pgm files from the rex files extracted from the refills
a program called rex2mpc will create pgm files from the rex files extracted from the refills

Is this program only for mac. If so, is there a comparable program for PC's?

i dont know a pc program to convert them to pgm files but refill unpacker will extract the wavs
