Step by Step help plz..

can someone plz take me step by step on installing JJ os on my mpc1000.. ive been searching but its pretty much useless bc i just switched over from software to hardware so all those threads on it are like greek to me.. i have a older model.. its ver 1.06 with 16mb memory and i cant seem to be able to upload it from the comp to my mpc??? i do everything the manual says, yet when its done downloading, it says need more disk space?? do i need to upgrade the internal memory to 128 for new os's or am i just retarded?

answer to your question is load up JJ's os to memory card. while the card is insterted in slot with JJ's OS. turn off the mpc and power back on while holding window button.

memory upgrade to 128MB is good idea but not necessity.

well i let some dude i work with take a look at my mpc bc hes a comp tech.. and he said the reason i cant save any OS's to my memory card is bc my mpc formats in RAW??? is there a way around this or am i gonna be spending some money??
