recording a sequence jj os2

I'm trying to record an 8 bar sequence using a keyboard controller.The notes I play sounds good until playback.All plays well until it reaches the 6th bar .A couple notes sound like I used a pitch control and the others wont play all together. every time I try to rerecord The sequence the same thing happens.Any experience this before?

Does this happen all the time or just with one project?

controller sending something via midi? Poloy sample? multiple samples?

It just happens on this 1 track.I am sending midi from my motif.

Just for testing: disconnect the midi connection to the motif. If it still happens, go to step edit to see if there are any other events recorded other than notes.
