Well I bought that damn thing and I cant get it to work on the MPC??? I installed the drivers for Vista... Then for some reason I dont get any of the library sounds on my MPC?

Im so frustrated right now... And the manuel only shows how to connect it to a keyboard and not a software with MIDI sounds.

If anybody can, plz help :D

Midi sounds? ???

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midi

Your mpc only plays .wav audio files (ok midi sequences are possible too, but those are no sounds).

You can use the mpc with your new midi interface to trigger those sounds (whatever they are) within acid.

If you just throw and engine in a car will it be able to run/ No, there are
configurations you must do before you can get it up and running. In both MPc and Computer application.
The MPC manual will not mention another program in detail at all. You will have to use both MPC manual
and computer application manual in order to get through it.

Data is not sound.
MIDI is not sound.

midi and audio are separate cables.
