New with records, help with cleaning.

My first post! Whatsup. I got a question. I still dont have a turntable but recently got into cratediggin'. Im saving up money for a turntable. But heres my question. I few days ago i found a shiat load of records if front of my door, heaven send. So i took em. This was my reason to start doin' this. I have a love for old records but never had the courage to buy em. I used to search for records on blogs and sites like that but that doesnt feel right. So I start buying some records, cant wait to here them on my turntable. But heres the thing the records that i found are dirty. Is there a way to clean them ? The sleeves or should i just buy new ones ? I hate to see these beautiful covers in the trash ? Sorry for my bad english. Thanks.
