songs trying to transfer from mpc to macbook

If I got sequences on my mpc how do I put on my mac book? I staying with some one and my disc burner is in storage. I'm trying to keep it digital on that wave length.
Because even with the burner that's in storage I lose going to analog.

your sequences or samples? audio data or midi data?

sequences to mac book so I can have them on disc and mix that way. Right now I'm rooming with some one mixer in storage.
