how do u install this?? Will it work with os1???

First save it, then copy it to your MPC (the root of yourCF card or HD).

When i start my MPC in OS1 mode, it also works, so yeah, it 'll work...

This still available. Tried to get it but couldn't download

3.08 doesn't support it...

how do i make a custom one??

Here's how you do it:

1. Take a picture you like (preferably one with high contrast between black/dark and white/light), draw something nice yourself or write a tekst in a font you like.
2. Make sure it's 240 pixels wide and 64 pixels high.
3. Save it as a monochrome bitmap and name it mpc2500.bmp
4. Copy it to the root of your CF card or HDD.



Voila, your custom splash screen will show when you start up your MPC.
