Big Resampling Problem

Hi 1k Fans. This is my first topic on this forum. Sorry for my english.

Ok. Lets go.
Step by Step

Load a snare drum to program1 pad 1
Add a reverb
Ok sounds good.
Now i want free a fx channel.
Ok
Record, change Input to "Main Output", Hit Record and Start
Push Pad1 to record a snare + reverb.
Then Stop and Keep
Ok
Now go to trim option aaaaanddddd
I see a straight line like a "no sound"
ok horizontal zoom max
O its my snare but a "little" quiet
Ok normalize but snare + hum is not good quality.

Please help. maybe its a os problem or hardware I don't know

I have a JJOS 01 - 4.99G

Enyone know that problem?

change the master level to 0db in the OTHER screen
