MPC2000XL - how to get the pitch to change...

Does n e one know how to get the pitch to change without the tempo movin a muscle??? Just got the mpc2000xl....fill me in...thx...

you have to copy your sound for every pitch change and then time stretch/compress accordingly. If you do a search on the forum or the internet you can find a tempo conversion template. Be careful not to do it to extreme levels otherwise your sounds will start to sound like metal.

still lost here i done went up n down this thing..I had a MPC2000 b4 this but of course u couldnt do that on there...so now tryna do it on here is a ****....
