MPC FORMATS

Hello,
I am in the process of setting up a website that will specialize in supplying audio samples to hip hop professionals. We currently have the entire library in AIFF and WAV. We use Battery, Kontakt and Reason for creating beats out of our single hits but we are unfamiliar with getting these samples into all the Akai MPC formats.
We are looking at supporting the MPC 60, MPC 2000, MPC 2000XL, MPC 3000, and MPC 4000. How would I go about programing all these different formats.
I have access to an MPC 2000 and MPC 2000 XL. For example can I program my hits into the MPC 2000 and have them work for the MPC 2000XL? I am really confused as to the number of different MPC and all their different formats. We want to offer all the MPC formats in Zip and Aiff and Wav.
Do you think that we would be ignoring many of our customers by not offering the floppy disks. They are just so small and as you know you run into quality isues when you try and cram all these sounds onto a 1.5 meg floppy.

i think if you are going to specialize in that then you should already know the answers to your questions. you want me to give you a breakdown for free of how to make your new business work, naw. i can tell you there are some really good sample coversion softwares that will do most of that for you. i will also say i think zips are a waste of time because they are so expensive just for a blank zip that it drives the price way up. if it was me i would rather download the samples in packs of wave files and do the loading and conversion myself then i could use them in any hard/software i like. it should also drive the cost back down, because you have a fixed cost of 8-10 dollars just for the zip disk if its on zip.
