Do not format with your MPC!If you are using MPC Editor biggest mistake everybody makes. Make sure the Zip Disk has nothing on it & has not been Formatted by the MPC.

for compatability with both the 60 and xp, you must have 3.10e installed on your 60, and use mpc editor to format your disks... this is the only way IIRC...

i know exactly how you feel man...
i got over 120GB of drum and other sounds that i cant put to use... sampling form PC to mpc sounds like shyt in mono... at least to me.... and it WAY too much work...
QUESTION- if i have a MAC with USB floppy... will i have this problem??? as i if i format on the mac will the 60 read it? or the other way around.... 60 to mac...
BTW- any body her heard of GREYTSOUNDS??? to they floppies run on 3.03???

60ii w/ OS 3.10
TEAC HF whatever drive (the one that works!)
HD or DD floppies (tape over the hole of the HD)
WIN XP PRO
MPC editor
format in the 60. create program in MPC editor. insert formatted floppy into PC. export PGM to floppy drive. load it up on the mp and you should be straight.
