not wanted muting trouble

i've got some strange trouble with my latest project, that never happened to me earlier. I've got main 2bar with something about 18 tracks in it and main loop is playing whole over the 2 bars, all samples are one shots. When i try to add more samples like for example gong with note repeat (no matter if it's with 1/8, 1/16 etc) this sample mute the main loop and some other percussion sounds, but not mute the whole loop - loop is cut after first bar and only a few samples stay. Working on JJOS1 4.99g, tried also on 4.99b and 4.94 with same effect.

Any ideas?

Programs set to mono?
Pad mutes or mute groups set up?
Max polyphony reached?

32 voices max , so if there all stereo wave forms you can only have 16 samples triggered simeltaneously.

i'm having this issue as well, I cannot seem to figure it out. I use different sample banks and they just cut out the samples when i play the beat. It just mutes the sample.

i'm not sure, but i think i that in jj os mute groups mute samples even if they're not on the same pgm and/or track. so take a look at you mute-settings.
