It doesnt matter to me cause most of the dudes who talk that s*it, really dont have any talent anyway, so they try to tell people what to do cause it makes them feel better about sucking so bad...

check out http://www.carverycuts.com/ for one off vinyl presses.
these guys use a digital method to put the sound on vinyl
(not acetate, which is the normal quick degrading format for dubplates).

It avoids the process of making a metal master plate which is normally the expensive part of manufacturing a record, this usually means its not cost effective for one off presses.

They're used by a lot of scratch dj types to make custom scratch records.It sounds like you want it for a similar purpose but with producing in mind rather than battling.

Thank you so much mikolo. This thing was getting WAY out of hand. Although, to the original poster, why do you want to put your beats onto a vinyl record? Not a dig at you or anything, I just want to understand the method behind the tactics, ya know?
