Help Getting Started With an MCDISK2 Reader

Hi guys, just received my mcdisk2 reader from scsiforsamplers.com. i remember reading a post on how to format the card and get started but i can't seem to find it.

I have the vaillixi 3.50 OS, and i want to be able to transfer files between a PC and the MCDISK2, if anybody can help or direct me to a post, thanks...

I'm pretty sure the steps are:
1.Format the card in the 3000 using hybrid format.
2.Don't save anything and put in your pc or mac.
3.Open all the partitions you have.
4.Then you should be able to save from the 3000 and swap files.
I forgot the thread too, but that's what I can remember.
