os2 1.11 bug correction

The position of cursor is different when it returns from F5 [SLICE].

It is sometimes opened by the display bar +1.

yo i need corroboration here:

yesterday i was altlooping/looping samples on os 1.10.
to me, it sounded like the clicking was less of an issue.
these were stereo samples which always seem to = click.
could someone else give this a shot? i wasn't even zoomed in very far, but it seemed like there was SIGNIFICANTLY less click than before.

if so, this is wonderful. it was the easiest altlooping i ever did.
