Cut/paist or move a track?

is there a way to take a track and move it? (example. I want track one to be track two instead of track one.)

For sure B! Move cursor to track, hit window, F5 "sort", scroll to which track you want to move, F6 "select", scroll cursor to where you wanna place it, F5 "insert". Its that EZ bra brah...
