OS Help

Hey there, just got an MPC1000 use. It is great and I am having fun but I cannot tell what os I have. When it boots on it says os 4.50. All the videos I have seen and the manual itself have different screens and different functions, including the jj which I was told it had. Anyone know? This is my first sampler and it is frustrating trying to learn stuff with no manual or video that syncs up with my screens. Thanks a bunch...Scott

Have a look at the STICKY Posts on the JJ OS thread - it's all there: A Manual thread, a resource thread and a FAQ thread. Those answer ALL your questions, like:

- downloading the OS
- updating your OS
- learning the OS
- and all that other good stuff!

hhmmm, i think if it says 4.50, it must be the JJOS1, v4.50,

it has since been developed to the v4.99G stage, before its further development appears to have been slowed because of JJ's efforts to work with JJOS2 (v1.11).

mbe get a look at the revision history / bugfix history - look on JJs web site, older fixes nearer to your version here....
