Any ideas on best and worst 1GB Compact Flash cards for MCD

I've finally installed a MCD on my 2000xl Are there any CF cards i should avoid? Any word on which cards might be best? Anyone know of especially good deals on these cards? Anyone using SD cards? Any tips on using the MCD appreciated. Thanks

I just pny 512mb and 1 gb cf cards. When I first got my 2000xl, I was using a dane elec sd card. After doing the research from what I gather cf cards are the most stable to use and alot of people that I know is pny or dane elec.

if you're searching for a cf card, i highly recommend ebay. i bought a 1 gb sandisk cf card sealed in its original packaging for 22$ (shipping included). i've had no problems with it.

i was saving my beats to my sd card and when it almost got full I lost all of my data but the cards still show capacity full so I don't know how to retrieve the data back.
