will this backlight work in MPC3000

Asked seller but he wasn't sure. Showed him the pdf (how to change backlight) and he said that the contacts are over to one side in this one as opposed to the one in the pdf where the contacts are in the middle

It should work but if it doesn't what do you expect when you buy shiet off Ebay.

Well I expect it to work like everything else I have brought off ebay????

he says he sells backlights for s3000xl. these will definatly fit the mpc3k

Very good supplier indeed, and he has foils for MPC3000. Anyway I would recommend when ordering from him to tell him the contacts should be in the middle of the foil-side (sometimes the ones with the contacts over to one side get shipped; you can also make those work but it's more soldering effort).
