HAHA yeah I guess if that's the only option short of re-writing the flowers program! Damn! lol

But yeah thanks a bunch bro, and you too Decepticon for posting that link. I really appreciate the help. It would've cost me many sleepless night trying to figure that one out!

Peace!

I don't know if this is relevant:
- The MPC1000 only sends/receives MIDI Clock with Song Position Pointers, but not MTC. This means that the dustmightz page linked above doesn't apply to the MPC1000, I'm afraid.

This question was asked by people on the MPC1000 forum looking to get true sync lock between these two, it's just not possible...

Sorry about the MIDI Device Setup, I figured most would already have that configured. anyways. I'll be sure to include that in my revision and visual tutorial. Oh and I got another method, a bit easier only working backwards as far as configuration.

any advantage of recording beats midi instead of just straight audio? because its mad easy to record straight audio in cep and i dont mess with any keyboards besides just building ideas and whatnot.

I think you might of misintrepeted the posts...
The MIDI in CEP is Only In use for sync purposes, NOT a form of Recording Media. "We" Are Recording Audio.

BTW The Tutorial Has Been Updated and "visualized". Its Still In the Same Site, The Dustmightz.
