OKAY SO I TRIED SYNCING MY OXYGEN KEYBOARD WITH MY MPC1000 AND I CANT SEEM TO DO IT. CAN ANYONE TELL ME STEP BY STEP WHAT I SHOULD BE DOING? THANKS!!!!

thats just the way i type usually got nothing to do with raising my voice, plus its not like youre listening to my voice youre reading what im typing so what does it really matter? i just need help so if you can give me some great if not then tough luck for me :cry:

It's just harder to read, and looks like you're trying to get attention, which is absolutely unnecessary. Nothing personal. I just mentioned it because you seem to do it very often. By the way, if you would have read the forum rules, you would have known this :wink:

You need to make sure the sounds you want to play are assigned to the right MIDI notes. There's a screen on the MPC where you can set the MIDI notes for each Pad, they are all mixed up by default.

Page 78 in the 1000 V2 manual. You can change it for a single program, or for the default settings that are taken when you make a new program, or when no program is assigned. Try it out. You will have to know which notes your MIDI keyboard sends out as well of course.
