HOW TO FIND THE BPM WHEN YOU RECORD A SAMPLE AND CHOP IT?

i recorded a sample, it's long about 4 bars and i chop it, but how i can find the correct tempo (bpm) to join next whit drums?
if i could have the sample in a correct bpm there its so easy to record drums whit da help of "timing correct"...

set your sequence loop to 4 bars and change the bpm till it loops solid before you chop it.

so its better to find the bpm before chopping the sample

yo! take the original loop of your sample...go to loop. loop it from start to end and make sure its perfect...now from there go to params in the trim screen...itll tell you BPM when you set the beats and voila now chop

depending upon which machine you have.. if u have the 2000xl refer to this page

if u have anything else.. refer to the thread that has to do with the specific machine you're working with .. i'm not tryna be harsh, but u can't come in a banana factory and ask them how to make apple pies..lmaooo..
