I just got it today. It is in great condition, all of the pads work, even though they are the old shitty ones. These old pads are so bad, I hate them, I want those new pads now because these old pads feel like they are convex, they arent convex they just feel like that because the edges of the pads have no backing to them and are really soft and the middle of the pads are completely stiff, and the pads only have two pressure points, soft and hard, it is almost impossible to do any pressure in between. Besides the pads everything is great, it is in perfect working condition, no scratches, no lines on the screen, everything is perfect, also I didnt think that I would like the Superman color scheme, but now that I have it in real life it really isnt that bad. I would prefer black but I thought that the Superman 1000 would look allot worse than it does, it actually looks pretty good. Amazing machine!!!!!!!!

cool bro! have fun with the 1k, and check out the jj os. it'll give you a ton of new features.

if you want the black housing kit, you can always order it from VST, as well as the new pads (if they're in stock).

but anyway, dig into the 1k and enjoy it. whenever you're ready to pimp it out, post up some pics.

I have one small problem, although it is very minor. One of the rubber 'feet' on the bottom of my mpc is missing, I have a folded up piece of paper under it now which works fine but without that it would wobble, anywhere I can get a replacement set?? I might just go to home depot and get similar things.

distortedtekno wrote:Radio Shack has the rubber feet for cheap. But if you want the exact replament, call up Nick at VST tomorrow. I'm sure he has them in stock. They're just not listed on the site.

They got them at MPCSTUFF also.
