alright, my last noob question

k well i got mpc 2 days ago, and thats it. can you guyz tell me what i need to start samplin, i mean i know i need a turntable. but what kind of cables and where does that cable go, and what kind of pre amp if any, and i got a built in zip. i know i need some monitors, now how do i start gettin mpc tracks once their made to the computer, what kind of interface or soundcard, so i wont loose any quality of the mpc when i track to the computer
