SYSTEM ERROR

What da f*ck man, i've been working all the day in a beat, I saved the program and "all sequence and songs" on the compact flash (sandisk) and then i saved it in the computer and erase the data from the card to upload an other beat. When i re-puted the first project in the card i loaded the program but when i loaded "all sequence and songs" there were message in the screen:

"system error" then that sh*t crash, there were a terrible noise on the headfones for 2 seconds and another message appeared:

What does this mean!
c'mon i lost all the day in this beat man...

i formatted the card twice...

my mpc version is 1.13

someone can help me?

Sorry bout your beat man, sucks. We've all been there one way or another tho. All I can offer in advice is to make your folder on the CF Card on the PC, and save your projects as Entire Memory. This will prevent the crashes that alot of people complain about and insure there won't be any missing data in your project folders. Just avoid the Save All BS and stick to save Entire Memory. Save often, save right....

I always save the program to save all the samples and then all sequences and songs on the card. then always save all the data on the computer, all single files in a new folder. So when i wish to hear it again i transfer the data on the card to load on the mpc... But sometimes happend the f*cking system error.

i tryed to upload sequences one by one. There's only a sequence corrupt who crash the mpc ( sequence 4 of 8 ) ,then i have to shut down and turn it on again.

Is there another way to save the files safely ?

Tell me, did you eject the "removable drive" correctly after transferring the data from MPC to your computer's HD via USB? Or you just plugged the cable out? When you disconnect USB cable without ejecting the removable drive from the system by clicking on the icon in the system tray, selecting the drive and clicking on it's name and waiting until the OS says: The device can be safely removed (or something of the kind), the data you just saved there can be damaged.

no man. i never use the usb, i save all in the card and open in the computer whit a card reader.
