That would have fixed what?
Reload the OS and keep an eye out to see if it starts again, if it does return time.
Don't overlook that it could be something wrong with the unit even though it's new.

I have had all types of error messages.... even a no more Ram Message when i loaded up a whole folder of stuff, that was saved by the MPC 5000.

But even when i got the error messages, everything still worked properly that it was referencing an error too

Could you provide step by step actions to reach these error messages?
Then I can enter those into the bugbase.

As soon as I cut the machine on, "i think its usually after it sits for about 10 minutes after I cut it on, and dont load anything, when I come back to it" then it will read, MIDI Frame Error. But everything seems to work fine.

A couple of other times, I might cut it on, Load up this folder with Programs, Sequences, and Songs in it. After it gets done loading, it will then read something like, Not enough available memory. But everything will have loaded up with no problem, and i still have 20 seconds plus of available sample time. (Now dont forget, i made this folder in the MPC 5000 with Project Save)

OK, thanks. One extra request: could you upload that folder somewhere for me so I can download it and attach it to the bugreport? Otherwise I could provide you with some temporarely space.

I deleted the file.... lol, or I cant find the one that had the problem

I got another issue though.... can you please put in a request to speed up the processor(I dont know how they could do this), especially in song mode when you import a track, the whole MPC seems to slow down except for the Sequencer.
