can someone help me please

I just purchased a new mpc 1000 but the small button on the side that releases the cf card got jammed and stuck all the way in the bottom so its a B*#tch to take out the cf card now
so now my question is
is there a way i can fix it
or is there a way i can get it repaired
warranty
