hi mpc-community,
i have one question about the pitchshifing/ tuning of samples.
like the old school producers, i record my samples from vinyl with the turntablespeed at 45 (instead of 33), because of the saving memory and so on...
to the reach the original tune again, you have to pitch the sample 5 halfnotes (steps) down.
but i cant find halfstep tuning. you can tune the sample with the "trim-modus", but i dont know which number is one half note step? i heard that -120 is 3 octaves down.. but i dont know..
