most inexpensive 2500?

hi folks, after 8 years of computer production i am going back to an mpc. does anyone know the cheapest MPC 2500 on the net? i am seeing a lot of "reboxed" units for $1299...
any help would greatly be smiled upon. thanks!

they have just released a limited edition of the 2500, so you should be able to get the regular at a lower price, but shop around and see whats out there.

but if you are thinking of getting an mpc, perhaps you should consider the 5000, or perhaps a 2nd hand 4000?

ebay i got mine for 930.00 after shipping

it was the third time the guy had listed it (i think he had two unpaids) so no one bid on it this time.

I picked up mine in new condition for $1100. As a bonus, because the guy didn't know what he was doing with it, he gave me a handful of cables and a 4gb CF card.

Just picked up mine today for 899 at a pawn shop the guy took 100 bucks off what they wanted they just got tired of it sitting in there. So far now problems will report back if I find any. He said it was brand new when whoever came in with it to get some extra cash and never came back. Box and all.

My brother got his for 800 FULLY LOADED!! DVD drive, JJOS, Ram upgrade... 800 BUCKS!!! Check ebay and craigslist.

the problem with living in canada, is the shipping and then having to pay customs duty on the damn thing to pick it up at the post office.

yeah then move to amsterdam where you could grow chronic legally.
