help! Help! Data abort! Undefined instruction!

Everytime I load up my 4000, after a min goes by, MPC will freaze up and these two msg will appear, undefined instruction or data abort, anyone have any idea what's going on... I have the blue MPC and its about three months old.. This problem started last night... Please any info will help

I have been having the same problem, I called Akai and they said it was my expanded RAM so I took it out and the problem got worse I sent them an email and I am still waiting for a real answer from them I think there is a manufacter defect in the mpc 4000 mine is blue so now I am going to try to remove the other RAM card and run the in with its internal 16mb ram and see what happens

it can be the cmos battery, hard disk or ram.
