My Friend Told ME About This Site,

And everything seems on point. I just bought my laptop, and Mbox 2, Mpc 2000Xl, Midi Controller, And Pro tools that came with a Reasons disk.. I also got my MIDI Cables, All i need to do is upload the protools disk on it, and connect the midi cables threw the mpc to the mbox, and their to the laptop, and everything should correspond after that right?


And when you guys are tracking threw pro tools, do you record a track per sound, or just try to record everything on one track on pro tools?

And if going about to have sounds, does pro tools come with soft synths, or am i going to have to get that seperate?

i dont use pro tools but when i track out i do each track separately so i can be sure about the levels and be able to adjust eq etc on each track separately. all that other stuff i don't know.

protools le has a softsynth called xpand and you can upgrade it if you want to.
