zoning

hey all,I recently got the Roland Fantom-s and i've been tring to master it lately and i havn't used my mp in a while such a while that it has dust on it ! so the other day i pulled it out cause i've been jonesing for the feel of the mp and when i got it out and started to mess around with a sample that i had going when it came time to use the zone and the trim and chop feature i was blank ? so what i need is for someone to brush me up on zoning and triming a sample on the 2kxl thanks
