Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

my mpc is master i record the triton sounds onto my mpc drum set on 1b or 2b for tracks and so on but what is happening is what ever sounds i sample and play from the mpc like loading up drums mixes with the triton so i can't even play anything else on the triton because certain keys play drums or samples off the mpc please help.

You still have the down on with the MIDI track... In the main screen, where its says(have been using another mpc lately so im kinda going into this blind since my 2000XL is at my studio), Drum: 1(or you can switch between 1, 2, 3, or 4), change this to just say MIDI only. And then set your channel(1A - 16B).

Figure out the local control on each machine and turn off on or the other local control and see what happens.
