I NEED HELP WITH MY MPC 2000

HI SORRY TO BOTHER ANYONE BUT I NEED HELP

IS THAT I JUST GOT AN USED MPC AND WHEN I TURN IT ON IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THE MODEL AND STUFF THEN FOR SOME REASON THE SCREEN JUST GO BLANK AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE. CAN SOMEBODY HELP??

BOOT DISC, MAYBE???

maybe download the latest operating system

and put it on floppy then re load it.

YES IT WORKED jaja after a lot of trouble but it worked thanx everyone but now I have another problem.

when I load a sample it freezes up the system, and if I try to change from floppy to zip drive SCII it freezes again!!!

does it have upgraded ram? if so then try removing it and start it without it.

yes it says akai pro upgrade something like that jaja sorry new at this and I just don't know what I bought!!

so I just remove the RAM and leave it without any of it???

when you try and load a sample, what sorta sample do you mean ?
how long is it ?
what format is it in ?
