i need to know wat exact cable i need to connect the mpc500 to my alesis micron keyboard, or vice-versa, that way i can record sounds from my keyboard to the mpc500.

Im new at this so help a brother out.

You need an audio cable (or perhaps, two audio cables, if you intend to record sounds from Micron into MPC in stereo, which may not be necessary all the time) with 1/4 inch jacks at both sides. Go to the nearest music instruments store and tell them what you wanna do and I am sure they will be happy to help you.
