Need some software recomendations

I need something to record beats from the mpc, so I can just store all my finished beats on the computer. Whats the most affordable option for software? I plan on getting Recycle in the future; would I be able to use this to record the mpc too?

IsecondAudacity... For the money (free) it perfect.And it is fairly ez to use.... I would recommend it to all newpeeps..... Download the Lame MP3 converter (onthe Audacity page) so you can convert your joints to MP3 to save space...

I prefer Goldwave myself but isnt the free version only a trial? ?
