Yes I ´we used an 10, but not extensively, just played around with one, a fellow producer had one the 88 and a mpc60 ... they sounded great, the 60 sounds superb, very hot outs and a great sound!! the 88 was about the same weight as a small Honda ...but had beautiful sound .. warm and rich...
I think the 10 and the X share the same sound engine.. but the X samples at 20bit internally and has updated FX, the default sampling mode on the X is drumkit so it makes mapping up chops quick and easy straight after sampling.. the 10 has a way better interface and a usable sequencer it even has audio tracks.. there´s a chart comparison on
