sorry for the topic tried to squeeze all of that in there lol

im sure you guys are familiar with the snare/clap variation in all hip hop/r n b music.. where you have a Snare/Clap with a fast attack, and a lil truncated body/ and sharp release .. then you have a regular Snare/Clap with a long release (tail)

how do you do this on an MPC.. do you have to seperate your snare/clap on 2 individual tracks and tweak as is??

in reason i could just go into redrum tweak some knobs and i got the sound i was looking 4 .. is there an easier way, i already have a Project/Song made in my MP ready to transfer it to my DAW (sonar) in a 4 bar loop..

thank you dude, im really a rookie to all of this, especially efx and what not.. i was just wondering if you lead me in the right path and u did.. room reverb.. and the other one tight thanx.. anything else would work

for doing that one Snare fast attack lil reverb,

2nd snare long release, longer reverb .. in all HIPHOP/RNB songs
