this maybe a dumb question but i need help. i have an mpc 1000 and im using reason 4 as a sound module. i got the sounds from reason onto my mpc but the problem is, is that the sounds r not recording back into reason. i need someones help on this situation b cuz i have probably the worst headache from this.

Reason is not capable of recording audio. You can still use the MPC to trigger Reason's devices through MIDI and record the MIDI data in it's sequencer. Other than that, I'd advise you to either seqeunce and record from Reason into the MPC or ReWire Reason to a DAW like Cubase, Nuendo, Logic, Fruity Loops, etc.

What you need is a DAW. REASON is essentially a virtual rack or sound-module with obvious limitations. Reason doesn't record audio, but you can load samples, chopped vocals etc from your MPC into various Reason instruments as WAV files.
