Chopping a sample into peices

you have to do that manually

assign the chopped samples to a new program or you'd have to put them manually on 16 pads on a different bank than the drum kit you plan on working with. i'd suggest you just choose assign to a new program, and you can assign that program to different tracks.. and not worry about doing anything else manually.. there's the manual labor and then there's the lazy way..lol.. i choose lazy way..lol

^ that way would confuse the hell outta me. havin like 4-5 different programs going around is too much for my small brain
