What do u guys think the best way to record out your beats.Right now iam recording 8 bar loops in to protools from my mpc,then i copy and paste the tracks from there. Or do u guys think that I should do the whole arrangement in the mpc and then record in to protools.

either way will work. Its really about what your comfortable with. I have a beat thats a constant 8 bar loop ill only rec the first 8 bars then copy and paste them over in PT. After there i ll do drops and what not.

yeah it just depends. depending on how many sequences i have i use the song mode, but if it's an 8 bar loop.... i like arranging better in PT, just easier for me....
