2000xl vs 2500 pricewise

the 2500 is worth the $$ saving for you and the wait, the 2000xl processor is slow and the 2500 blows it away with all of its options and JJ OS>>which the 2000 XL JJ OS best is OS 1.2 i had an internal zip drive on the XL and went to the MCD upgrade, and it was nice using just compact flash cards but it was still slow.THe XL you have to upgrade the 8 out options and effects if it doesnt already has it which can be pricy, Work flow on both machines are nice but i personally recommend the 2500<<<<PEACE

I don't think 2500 is much better than 2000xl,for me 2500 is the natural upgrade to mpc2000xl with a couple of extra features(usb for example) that make your work faster and easier,exept the crappy jog wheel(2000xl jog wheel is much much better)

If this is 1st mpc you buy,cop a 2000xl cause sounds good,it's not too expensive and is the right training for the learning curve beetwen the classics (60/3000) and the new generation(2500/4000)
