MPC 3000 headphone jack noise??

Im about to buy this MPC 3000 and the guy says everything on it is absolutely perfect except that the headphone jack has some noise. I mean i dont really use the headphones that much. But if i ever did I really dont want to hear this noise. Is there any way to fix it? Maybe a wire is lose or something? Anybody else ever had this problem and fix it?

If all the other outputs work fine, headphone jack should be easily fixed.

How can you fix it? Does anybody have a diagram or something? Im going to try and fix it when I open it up to install the Valixi OS...

Also does anybody have a diagram on how to install a new backlight? The one on mine is shot and I want a new one!!!
