Will an external 100mb zip drive PLUS work with mpc 2000?

Will an external 100mb zip drive PLUS(supposedly can use either scsi or parallel connection) work with mpc 2000 original? I'm assuming it will cause the drive can read either scsi or parallel, right? Anybody use one of these with their MPC? I'm thinking of buying one cause I saw some cheap ones on ebay. Thanks in advance.

I know Forat use to sell them back in the day so they can't be that bad and my boy uses one still to this day with no probs.

We used to sell them and they worked about as well as any of the other zip drives. Reliability sucked but then, that is the case with all zip drives.
