I'm havin a problem with my mpc2500 reading wave files. HELP

I'M HAVING PROBLEMS LOADING ANY BIG FISH WAVE SAMPLE CD'S. I WAS TOLD THAT THE MPC 2500 LE COULD READ THESE DISKS.

Please turn caps lock off, it won't get you any extra replies .... less in fact.

Big Fish are 24bit, MPC doesnt read 24bit.

only 16 bit

the good news is you can use all the samples- the bad news is you gotta convert them all from 24bit to 16bit

(could be worse!)

The good news is all you need to do is dl audacity and then you can convert them easily.
The bad news is that gets tedius after a while so....
The good news is you could prolly load them up in w/e DAW you have and convert them in batch, the bad news is that eats up memory..
The good news is though that you can get a program like cd extract and it will do it much easier and in bulk for you.
The bad news is that cd extract makes you want to pull your hair out trying to figure out how to use it.
The good news is though that the help tab actually helps on it..
