Linkin Park "Session" techniques, typical sound effects drum

Hi I am using the MPC2500 and I want to do tings like Linkin Park.

I mean hear the song "Session" from the album "Meteora".

There are several drum effects that I can't categorize, and I want to do these effects. I don't know how they do this. It sounds great to me.

Can someone help? Can someone explain how to do these effect drums?

Reverb, Distortion, Resampling, Delay....whatever your favourite desktop FX box can offer I guess. Just get creative.

I believe they're playing around a lot with loop length on the samples as well to get that buzzing sound in between.

On second thought, I think you could find all those effects on a Kaoss Pad...

I have also the Kaoss Pad KP3 and found a lot of the effects Linkin Park uses.

I want to arange them in Cubase...
