outa control

i posted this in the studio forum, no one knows so im gonna try it here:
is it possible to control external fx rack parameters thru midi using Q-link on the mpc 4000? if yes how?

yeaaha, check the receive settings on yer rack(what midi CC no is assigned to what) then press the setup button in the Q-link section.
Now change the parameters of the qlink knob so it sends a Continous Controller to a MIDI out port....

Havent got the mpc in front of me so thatsthe best I can do, a seasoned pro will be able to tell you the exact keypresses and button names.........
