You can say no to sequence and yes to program to assign to a part.

I order samples need to be in a program to organize all the sounds, next the program has to be in a multi to organize several programs. In a mulit you assign a program to a part. In the main page the sequencer assigns a part to a track. Now when you play a note int the sequencer the sequencer plays the the notes which in turn plays the sample,
