upgrading 3.08 -> 4.xx , will old beats carry over?

I've been using 3.08 for a while and decided to buy the new one. If I upgrade to the newest version, will I be able to load my old beats made on version 3.08?

yes, but as pad sensitivity and root velocity have been changed, your beats may sound a little different.
